吴菁

吴菁,女,1980年8月出生,博士,副教授。2006年毕业于华中农业大学,获生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位,2009年毕业于韩国东亚大学,获生命工学博士学位,2009年9月-2011年6月,在东亚大学从事博士后研究,2011年7月起至今,工作于武汉轻工大学生物与制药工程学院。曾参与2003-2005国家自然科学基金面上项目“链霉菌稀有UUA密码子翻译忠实性有关基因的研究 (30200005)”; 2007-2008 Basic Research Promotion Fund “Functional genomics for elucidation of biodegradation mechanism of xenobiotic and carcinogenic dye compounds (MOEHRD, KRF-2007-313-D00402)”; 2007-2010 Biogreen 21 program “Development of bacteriophage for control of crop and food pathogenic bacteria (RDA, 20070301034035)”; 2008-2011 Frontier 21 program “Construction of metagenome library from contaminated soil and searching for microbial resources involved in quorum sensing regulation (MG 08-0104-1-0) ”。发表论文十余篇。现参与国家自然科学基金面上项目“嗜盐古菌噬菌体SNJ1与宿主J7敌对共进化机理研究(编号31270215)”和“假单胞菌NyZ12 降解环己胺的分子机理研究(31270112)”,湖北省自然科学基金项目“非酒精性脂肪肝病发生发展及饮食干预机制(编号2012FFB04802)”。宏基因组中脱色酶基因资源的挖掘与分子改造,湖北省自然科学基金项目(编号2014CFC1133),6万元,2014-2015,吴菁,杨江科,闫达中,赵秀举,周文静,熊炜,毛玲,项目主持人。
