四、科学研究

1、主要研究方向:

主要从事环境微生物分子遗传学的研究。主要针对环境微生物降解新兴污染物非那西丁降解分子机制、环境微生物降解真菌毒素分子机制、环境微生物菌胶团形成菌氮代谢调控机制、微生物希瓦氏菌产原卟啉IX和血红素的调控机制的相关研究。目前已经主持国家级及省部级项目多项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项(32102769),主持国家重点研发计划重点专项子课题1项(2019YFA0905503),主持湖北省科技厅自然科学基金面上项目1项,教育厅科学技术研究计划青年人才项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目面上项目1项(21477159),在国际知名期刊Applied and Environmental MicrobiologyInt J Biol MacromolWater ResearchEnvironmental MicrobiologyBioresource TechnologyFrontiers in MicrobiologyBMC Microbiology等期刊发表SCI已收录论文30余篇,已授权发明专利4项,已受理发明专利5篇。
