个人简介

 晁红军,男,2013年于中科院武汉病毒研究所获博士学位,留所工作20187月来武汉轻工大学工作。目前主要从事有机污染物的微生物分解代谢和转录调控机制的研究。主持一项湖北省科技厅自然科学基金(No.2023AFB884),完成一项国家自然科学基金青年(No.31400068一项国家自然基金面上(No.31770119)。已发表SCI 收录论文40篇,其中第一和通讯作者15篇。担任Applied and Environmental Microbiology Environmental MicrobiologyJournal of Applied Microbiology International Biodeterioration and Biodegradation, Frontiers in Microbiology, BioMed Research International等杂志审稿人,国家自然科学基金委员会面上类项目通讯评审、重点类项目通讯评审专家和全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家等。曾获 “简浩然环境微生物基金”优秀论文奖,全国微生物遗传学学术研讨会博士论坛二等奖,中国科学院武汉教育基地昌华奖学金暨武汉分院院长奖学金特别奖,中国科学院朱李月华优秀博士生奖学金获奖。指导本科生获得全国大学生生命科学竞赛国赛一等奖(科学探究类)和国赛三等奖(创新创业类),指导研究生获得校级优秀毕业生和校级优秀毕业论文,多名研究生继续攻读博士研究生。

研究方向:

1.微生物分解代谢主要从事有机污染物的微生物分解代谢和转录调控机制的研究。

2.微生物环保菌剂的开发与利用。
