科研方向:
建立动物模型,利用转录组学、蛋白质组学、宏基因组学等系统生物学方法,研究营养油脂和药用真菌多糖通过调节肠道菌群、增强胰岛素敏感性等途径干预慢性病如肥胖、脂肪肝、糖尿病和癌症等的作用机制。
科研项目:
中药桑黄调节免疫系统活性发挥抗癌作用的机制研究
传统真菌中药桑黄已被用于癌症的预防和治疗。本项目利用转录组、宏基因组等方法,研究桑黄的多糖成分和小分子成分的对荷瘤小鼠的抗癌作用效果和机制。重点围绕肿瘤的免疫治疗机制,探索桑黄激活肿瘤微环境的T细胞和巨噬细胞等免疫细胞功能抑制肿瘤细胞生长、清除肿瘤细胞的分子机制。
桑黄多糖缓解高糖高脂饮食诱导肥胖小鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用机制
胰岛素抵抗是代谢综合征发生的重要因素之一。本项目利用转录组、DGGE分析等方法,探索了传统药用真菌桑黄的多糖成分通过调节小鼠肠道菌群结构,促进VB12合成,进而调节肝脏磷脂代谢,增强机体胰岛素敏感性的作用机制。
食用油脂高温加热氧化后对机体的健康影响及肠道菌群调节作用
油脂在日常烹饪过程中,经过高温煎炸等操作,脂质成分会发生一定改变,进而影响机体健康。传统观念认为,饱和油脂耐高温,而不饱和油脂高温加热后对健康会有不利影响。本项目通过大鼠动物实验,对比分析长期摄入高温加热后的油脂(棕榈油、菜籽油、葵花籽油和紫苏油)对大鼠糖脂代谢和肠道菌群结构的影响及调节机制。
营养油脂对高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的干预作用
通过转录组测序(RNA-seq)、肠道菌群16S rDNA测序等方法,探索鱼油、紫苏油等富含ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的营养油脂通过调节肝脏基因表达模式、调节大鼠肠道菌群结构和功能,减缓高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪肝的作用机理。
